Dr. Mihalios is indeed skilled; however, the delays in appointment times suggest a need for more efficient scheduling. I had a root canal procedure followed by a crown placement. The outcome was satisfactory, though my discomfort lingered until the third visit, when adjustments were made. In Chinese culture, punctuality is a sign of respect, and I hope the clinic can incorporate this value more diligently. Nevertheless, the staff was cordial, and Dr. Chris’ explanations were thorough, which I appreciated greatly.

Dr. Chris is a mensch—kind and thorough. I had a couple of fillings and a crown done. The crown needed a couple of trips to get it perfect, which was a bit of a schlep, but in the end, it worked out. The waiting times were longer than expected, which reminded me of waiting for the High Holidays to end. The staff is friendly, and I appreciate the effort, but a bit more respect for patients’ time would be great. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
