The staff seemed like they were just going through the motions, and the doc barely said a word before diving into the cleaning. I mean, a little chit-chat would be nice, right? When I arrived, the staff didn’t really acknowledge me much, and I ended up waiting longer than expected. In Korea, there’s usually more of a personal touch, you know? The dentist was efficient but a bit too quiet for my liking. Communication is key, especially when it’s about my teeth! I hope they can improve on making patients feel more at ease.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed rushed and did not take the time to explain the procedures clearly. In our culture, hospitality and clear communication are valued, and I felt these were lacking. While the dental work itself was adequate, the overall experience left much to be desired. I pray they improve their service for future patients.
