April 16, 2025 at 7:07 pmBrooklyn Dental was a bit of a hit and miss for me. The dentist was on point, much like the healthcare professionals back in Jozi who really know their craft. But the reception, yoh, they could definitely use a lesson in Ubuntu. They seemed uninterested in helping with my insurance queries. It’s important for a place to reflect the spirit of community and warmth. Still, the dental care was solid, just hope they can improve on the customer service front.

March 13, 2025 at 2:48 pmAs someone who’s been to quite a few dentists over the years, I must say Brooklyn Dental has its ups and downs. Dr. Amirian is a gem – truly attentive, much like the family dentists I grew up with back in the day. The waiting area, however, could use a bit more warmth. It reminds me of the sterile clinics of the past, lacking the personal touch. The front desk could improve on their customer service skills. I had to explain my insurance situation more than twice, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, not terrible, but there’s room for improvement.

February 4, 2025 at 4:12 pmVisited Brooklyn Dental recently, and I must say, it was a mixed experience. Dr. Amirian is indeed very knowledgeable and attentive, much like the doctors back home in Istanbul. However, the administrative side left much to be desired. They seemed quite disorganized, and I had to wait longer than expected despite having an appointment. It felt like a bit of a bazaar, to be honest. If they can streamline their processes, it would greatly enhance the experience.

January 25, 2025 at 10:12 amえーと, I went to Brooklyn Dental hoping for a friendly atmosphere, but I was a bit disappointed. The kawaii vibes I adore were missing. The dentist was nice, but the staff seemed rushed and not so friendly. When I asked about my insurance, they seemed confused, like they didn’t want to help. It’s important to feel comfortable, especially when you’re nervous about dental work. ちょっと残念でした. I hope they can bring more smiles next time.

December 13, 2024 at 7:24 pmWent to Brooklyn Dental last week, and it was alright. The doc was pretty decent, no doubt. He explained things clearly, which I appreciate. But, man, the people at the front desk were a bit hard to deal with. It felt like they were more interested in getting me out than helping me out with my insurance questions. I hope they can work on that. It’s like my cricket coach always says, teamwork makes the dream work!
