As a senior, I prefer a place where the staff are respectful and patient. Unfortunately, this was not my experience here. The front desk staff seemed hurried and not very attentive to my concerns. When I had issues with my dentures, they were not very accommodating in addressing them promptly. In Bangladesh, we value respect and patience, especially for elders, and this clinic could improve in this regard.
