As someone who appreciates efficiency and precision, qualities we highly regard in Korean culture, I found the service to be lacking. The cleaning was thorough enough, but when it came time for a more complicated procedure, there seemed to be a disconnect in communication. I appreciate their modern approach, but there’s a need for more attention to detail and follow-through. It’s not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I hope they can tighten up their processes for a better patient experience.

My family values good healthcare, as it’s a big part of our community back home in Somalia. The office looks modern, and I expected that same level of service. My visit for a routine cleaning was okay, but when it came to discussing a more serious procedure, communication was lacking. I had to chase them down for information, which is frustrating when you’re relying on them for your health. The clinic looks professional, but the service was not up to par. I had a consultation for a procedure, and while the initial discussion was fine, the follow-up was disappointing. It’s frustrating to feel like just another number when you’re dealing with healthcare. They need to work on their patient communication and appointment scheduling. The staff was polite, but politeness doesn’t make up for a lack of organization. I hope they can find a way to improve this.
