It’s clear he has a passion for his work, and my teeth feel healthier now. The clinic is clean and modern, which is something I value. However, the phone service could use a bit of improvement, as I had some trouble getting through initially. In India, we place great importance on hospitality, and I felt that warmth from the staff. However, the reception area was a bit disorganized, and I encountered some difficulty when trying to schedule my next appointment. In Japan, efficiency is highly valued, and I hope they can improve in this area. Overall, the dental work was satisfactory, and I left with a sense of relief.
