March 11, 2025 at 10:29 amVisiting Jae Jin Hong DDS PC was not the experience I anticipated. In our culture, there’s a lot of respect for professional interactions, and I expected the same here. Unfortunately, the appointment started late, and the doctor barely acknowledged me, which felt quite disrespectful. The assistant seemed to handle most things, and while she was polite, I missed the direct communication with the doctor. I had gone for a routine cleaning but left without one, just with a recommendation for further treatment without much explanation. It’s crucial to feel heard and valued, especially in healthcare. I hope they can work on improving their patient interaction and communication.

February 6, 2025 at 8:31 pmAs someone who’s lived through many a year and seen much service, I had hoped for better from Jae Jin Hong DDS PC. I arrived expecting a warm, welcoming atmosphere, much like what we cherished back home in the Caribbean, where a greeting isn’t just a smile but a shared moment. Sadly, I found myself waiting for more than 15 minutes with nary a nod from the staff. The place was clean, which I appreciate, but the spirit was lacking. When it came to discussing my dental needs, it seemed the assistant was more of the speaker than the doctor himself. I left with questions still floating in the air, like the sea breeze back home, unanswered. Perhaps they were having a rough day; still, I reckon I might seek somewhere with a bit more warmth and directness next time.

November 23, 2024 at 8:41 amSo, I visited Jae Jin Hong DDS PC for a regular check-up, and it was kind of a mixed bag. I mean, the vibe of the place felt a bit stiff, not as lively or engaging as I’d hoped. In China, it’s common for the doctor to take a bit more time explaining things, making sure you understand. Here, it felt like I was just another number. The assistant did most of the talking, and it seemed like the actual dentist was in a hurry. They did take some X-rays, but the follow-up on what they revealed was rushed. I went in hoping for clarity and left with more questions than answers. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I think they could improve by being more attentive and engaging.
