I’ve been around enough to appreciate when someone takes the time to listen, and he does just that. However, there were moments when I felt like I was waiting as if on Caribbean time! While the office is lovely and the staff is warm like a sunny day, I do think they could work a bit on efficiency. Overall, not bad, but a bit more timeliness would make it even better. Dr. Leon is very attentive, similar to a sensei who listens before he speaks. He explains procedures clearly, which I appreciate greatly. However, the billing process was slightly confusing, akin to trying to follow a complex origami pattern. Overall, I trust his expertise and would recommend him to others seeking a reliable dentist.
