The waiting area was crowded, and I had to wait much longer than expected. The staff seemed indifferent, and the dentist did not spend much time explaining my dental health or future care plans. As someone who values efficiency and clarity, this experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and did not greet me warmly. Entiendo que pueden estar ocupados, but a little courtesy goes a long way. The dentist seemed rushed, like he was on a tight schedule, and didn’t take much time to explain the procedures. They did a decent job with the cleaning, but I felt like I was just another number. Espero que puedan mejorar su servicio al cliente porque the potential is there, but currently, it feels lacking in personal touch.
