Dr. G is knowledgeable, but I felt the consultation could have been a bit more detailed. In Korea, it’s common to go deep into details, and perhaps that’s what I’m used to. The staff was friendly and efficient, which I liked. Overall, a decent place for dental care, but room for improvement in patient engagement. 고맙습니다 (thank you) for the service.

However, I believe that more discussion before the procedure would have been beneficial. In Bangladesh, we value the connection with our doctors, and I missed that personal touch here.
