The decor was modern, but there was a sense of careful attention to tradition in the staff’s manner. As an elder, I appreciate respect and thoroughness, and Dr. Krietchman was attentive while discussing my dental health. However, I found the wait time quite lengthy, and the chairs were not as comfortable for my older bones. In Korea, we often say “시작이 반이다” (starting is half the task), and I hope they improve the waiting experience. The dental work was satisfactory, but room for improvement exists.
