Punctuality is something I value deeply, and arriving at 3:30 only to be seen over an hour later was quite disappointing. In Scandinavia, we appreciate efficiency and respect for time, something that seemed lacking here. The dentist seemed rushed, completing the appointments very quickly, which did not instill much confidence. The clinic itself was clean and minimalist, which I appreciated, but the overall service left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their scheduling and patient care in the future.
