Dr. Hofflich was pretty good, explaining everything in detail, which is important to me. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than I expected, and that threw off my study schedule a bit. The dental hygienist was thorough but the process felt a bit rushed. Overall, a decent experience, but some improvements on time management could make it better. In Korea, efficiency is key, and I think they could work on that.
