However, I found the wait time quite long, and it felt like time wasted, which is not ideal. The dentist was considerate, explaining each step, but I did find the entire process lacked efficiency, much like a train running behind schedule. In Japan, punctuality is a sign of respect, and I hope they can improve on this aspect. The dental care itself was adequate, but the journey to get there was somewhat frustrating. Perhaps with some improvements, it could be a place to recommend.

The vibe is chill, the office has a nice natural light thing going on, and everyone smiles at you, which is super comforting. But, the whole appointment thing is a bit of a maze. Calling them feels like chasing the sun; you hope for the best but might end up in the shade. The cleaning was decent, and the dentist explained everything gently, like a good friend. But, you know, I just wish they could be a bit more present, like a good yoga class. Wouldn’t mind going back if they could just harmonize the scheduling a bit better.
